Shipping in Greece
The products you ordered are sent to your designated address via the courier companies “ACS” or “ELTA courier” and the delivery is made in 2 – 3 business days.
*Note: If you want the product to be sent in a different address from the one you entered your personal information, you can register a different recipient address on the order system.
Shipping in Cyprus
The products you ordered are sent to your designated address via the courier companies “ACS” or “DHL” and the delivery is made in 3-7 business days.
For shipping in Cyprus, the option of cash on delivery is not given, the amount must first be paid to one of the company’s accounts.

Receive from the store
There is the option to receive your order from our headquarters (free pickup) at Axioupoli in Kilkis. In this case, and ONLY if you choose to pay with Cash On Delivery – upon receiving of the products, your order is booked at our store for (3) business days.
Shipping time / Delivery time
The main concern of the e-shop “egreeno.gr” is the excellent and fast service of its customers. Our goal is to provide the most quality products on the market at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.
Orders for ready-made products are shipped from our company on the same day if they are registered until 16:30 pm and there is no other reason for any delay (eg, the need to identify customer details due to use of a suspicious credit card).
The delivery time for orders is usually 2-3 business days. For non-city areas of the courier company network with which we work (inaccessible areas) delivery is within 3-4 business days.
Clarifications:
If any of the products you ordered are not available then we will contact you by e-mail at info@egreeno.gr or by phone at 30 23430 32591 as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else. In this case, you may, if you believe that this period of time does not satisfy you, request the cancellation of your order for that product. Any remaining orders can be executed normally.
Payment methods
Shipments in Greece
All shipments to destinations within Greece for orders totalling more than 49€ are made without shipping costs, regardless of the quantity of your order. The charge for orders with a total value of less than 49€ is 3€ per shipment for the 2-piece packages and 7€ per shipment for the 6-piece packages.
Shipments in Cyprus
For shipments in Cyprus, no cash on delivery option is given, the amount must first be paid by a deposit to one of the company’s accounts. Shipping costs for Cyprus are 12€ and for purchases over 99€ shipping costs for Cyprus are free of charge.
*Note: Additional shipping costs may only occur in a very large order volume and always will promptly be notified and approved/accepted by the customer.
Pay with cash on delivery
Cash on delivery Payment DOES NOT require the use of a credit card and this type of payment is made in cash when you receive the product (value of your order products) to the representative of the companies “ACS” or “ELTA courier”.
Cash on delivery payment method is available ONLY for orders within GREECE.
*Clarifications:
The charge for cash on delivery payment is 2€ irrespective of the quantity of your order.
All the above prices include legal VAT.
Deposit to Bank Account (Remittance)
If you do not choose the cash on delivery payment method, you can pay your order by wire transfer (bank transfer) to any of our bank account. In this case, you must pay the price of your purchases to any of the following accounts of our company. In filing or transferring, it is necessary to state your full name as a reason for the deposit. Otherwise, the order remains in a “standby” state until our accountancy department confirms the amount deposited in the following bank accounts:
