Changes & Returns

You have every possible right to return the ordered product within 14 days of the date of receiving with the first change to be considered as our expense (Valid for the first change). In the case of a second change, the shipping/return costs are charged to the customer.

*If the product you chose to replace is of higher value, the delivery costs are charged to the customer at a cost of 1€.

For your best service, please follow these steps if you want to return a product:

  1. Pack products for return/change.
  2. Place the receipt in the box and a note indicating what kind of change you want. (for example product code, detergent type etc).
  3. Call our own courier to tell you to come to your place to pick up the package at our own charge (Valid for a first change)

Refund

In the case of a refund, and if you have already paid the shipping charges, 5€ οφ your refund will be deducted from your account (there is no extra charge for the cash on delivery) and if the order was over 50€ will be deducted twice: 5€ for shipment and 5€ for returning the product. The remaining money will normally be credited to your account.

If the product we delivered to you is now defective or incorrect except for the right of change, you can ask us for your money back. In any case, we are burdened with transport costs.

*For products with a discount of -50% or more, no refund policy applies.

Right to change

To be eligible to change/refund a product, the following terms must be met:

  1. You will inform us immediately if you wish to change/refund by email (info@egreeno.gr) or by phone (+30 2343032591). Product return/refund must not exceed 14 working days from the date of receiving.
  2. The product you willing to return must be exactly the same as the one we sent to you without any signs of use.
  3. The product must have all the labels and accompanying tabs of the manufacturer at the time of purchase, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.

*If the product does not meet the above conditions we reserve the right not to accept your refund request.

*The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that they have received the package, instead they have to pick up the package and test it later. If the product does not match your needs for any reason, you should let us know by phone or mail and then we settle the necessary steps with our cooperative courier offices to determine the address and time of the return of the package.
